One of the important parts of creating healthy emotional limits involves learning to say no. Sometimes, we overextend ourselves emotionally by trying to please others or taking on too much. Saying no is a powerful act of self-respect and protection.

Protect Your Emotional Energy

Emotional energy is just as important as physical energy. It is important to save from emotional energy and involve or use it mindful. Try to avoid using it for them, those create negativity and create a street in your life. Try to set boundaries between yourself and them to avoid any type of stress
